What does your front end system consist of?
Our front end system consists of only terminal with built in printer and a rechargeable battery. The terminal can be replaced easily if accident occurred. We use our own proprietary terminals, designed and built by our own factory to ensure security.
Where is your back end system located?
It is located at high security data centre in Malaysia, as required by the central bank for any e money operator. We also use clouds to complement our data centre.
Do you have back up for your front end and back end system?
Our terminal can be replaced any time. The back end system has full redundancy, using clouds extensively because of its reliability and redundancy set up.
One can choose to have different level of security, from only terminal access, with options to have controlled access to web as well as Gmail daily reports. Data in our database are scrambled. These precautions are taken despite the fact that 99% of information theft takes place within the organization.
